Search Terms
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider's privacy terms apply to its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or other contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share a message outside the organization unless doing so is required by law.

Kansas public records obtained from an agency are governed by the Kansas Open Records Act, K.S.A. 45-215 et seq., and requests about an originating government record must go to that agency.
