Nature of the Website

This private resource stores no official government records. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, file a request for a visitor, or change an agency record. It points to Doniphan County jail and release sources, Kansas corrections systems, public court routes, and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

• break a law through use of the site;
• stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person;
• use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision;

We do not endorse or control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, prices, data handling, or availability. Review their terms before use.

No Warranties

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, free of errors or security defects, or that a partner search will return every relevant result. Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Doniphan County Sheriff or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its owners, and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access, use, inability to use, reliance on content, or use of an outside service.

Kansas Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kansas. Public records referenced by the site remain subject to the Kansas Open Records Act, K.S.A. 45-215 et seq., and other applicable law.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
